Athanasiou debuted her phenomenal, avant-garde, ready-to-wear collection for the first time at New York Fashion Week
on February 13th at Studio 450 in New York City.
The looks from the show emphasized a range of grungy, seductive appeal. The dystopian collection saw a range of patchwork leather use, fringe feather-like trimmings, sleek metallic fabrics and free-flowing structures. The creative use of lace, sheer and fur textures emphasized the designer's raving "party girl beast-like" character.
